To put it simply, glass bottles are produced like this: a variety of raw materials are mixed and thrown into a high-temperature kiln. After melting into glass water, they are cut into small pieces with scissors, put into the mold in the machine one by one, blown into a fixed shape with air, and finally annealed and cooled to form.

The specific division is as follows: ingredients - there are more than a dozen raw materials for producing glass bottles, among which the powdered materials are almost not processed. Only the clinker (i.e. broken glass) added needs to be cleaned and the metal impurities removed. The processed raw materials are mixed evenly according to a certain proportion and fed into the kiln using a feeder; melting and clarification - the raw materials are gradually melted into a nearly water-like liquid in a kiln at a high temperature of about 1500 degrees. During the melting process, a small amount of impurities gradually sink to the bottom of the kiln. With the addition of subsequent raw materials, the clarified glass water gradually flows to the material channel.
Shearing and molding---After the glass water at the material channel flows into the material basin, the temperature drops slightly, and the density and viscosity increase. The scissors of the feeder cut the glass columns of determined weight into sections, which are respectively cast into the molds below through different material channels, and then restricted or blown into shape by different machines; Annealing and quality inspection---After the molded products are gradually stress-removed through the annealing furnace, the temperature gradually drops to room temperature. After arriving in the packaging room, the quality inspectors remove the defective products; Product packaging and warehousing---After the genuine products are packaged in different ways, they are transferred to the warehouse by forklift or manually and stacked for loading and shipment.
