Q3:Can your metal lug closure withstand high temperature pasteurization process? |
A3: Yes, can endure max temperature 121 degree celcius for 60 minutes.

Q4:How many color can you print on lug closure? |
A4:Basically, we can follow based on customer's requirement, there are no color limitation. However, due to the printing area is not so big on lug closure, we do suggest to not exceed 4 colors on one SKU.

Q5:How do you maintain quality for lug closure during transportation? |
A5: Hon Chuan is experienced in exporting lug closure. We do double coating during printing stage to prevent tin plate get direct contact to air. The extra potection can lower the chance for lug closure getting rusty and corrosion, also enhance the performance to endure high acid, alkaline, oily products.
